Android LED Broadcast

EMT TIMES deploys Android LED TV devices (32" & 40" Wi-Fi enabled) that broadcast on the exclusive EMT TIMES FM channel for a minimum of 8–10 hours daily, creating a nationwide digital media network.

Clock Incentive System

Our proprietary Clock System registers 31 business participants per clock over 24 days using a binary doubling model (1→2→4→8→16→31), enabling structured, scalable incentive income growth.

Incentive Income Plans

Important Notice

Under the project "VISUAL EMT TIMES FREQUENCY MODULATION" operated by EMT TIMES (OPC) PVT. LTD., every registered Business Participant is required, within six (6) days of registration, to onboard two (2) new Business Participants from their network of 31 registered participants by converting them into customers for the Company's Android LED devices. Upon successful compliance, the participant shall remain eligible for continuous incentive income as per Company policy. In the event of non-compliance, the participant shall be entitled only to a monthly operational stipend of ₹4,000 for maintaining the Company's Android LED device in active operation for 8–10 hours daily, exclusively on "EMT TIMES FM."

Finance Option

PLAN C –
FINANCE FACILITY

Register via Bank / Finance Company

Under Plan C, a registered Business Participant purchases the Company's Android LED device through a finance facility at MRP ₹29,999. The monthly instalment payable to the financing company is initially the responsibility of the Business Participant.

However, if the Business Participant successfully registers two (2) new Business Participants within six (6) days from the date of registration in accordance with the Company's Clock Incentive Income Policy, then the monthly finance instalment shall thereafter be paid by the Company on behalf of the participant. The instalment amount shall be adjusted and deducted from the participant's monthly Clock Incentive Income, and the remaining eligible balance shall be credited to the participant's registered bank account.

Legal Framework

TERMS &
CONDITIONS

The Applicant voluntarily applies to become a Supporting Business Partner / Registered Customer under the "VISUAL EMT TIMES FREQUENCY MODULATION" Project operated by EMT TIMES (OPC) PVT. LTD. and acknowledges that this registration does not constitute employment, partnership, agency, franchise, securities investment, collective investment scheme, or guarantee of fixed income.

The Applicant shall participate strictly as an independent business participant and shall not represent himself/herself as an employee, legal representative, partner, agent, or authorized signatory of the Company without written authorization.

The Applicant clearly understands and accepts that all operational stipends, business incentives, promotional benefits, or Clock Incentive Income are performance-based, conditional, variable, and subject entirely to the Company's business policies, operational conditions, project sustainability, and eligibility criteria. The Company does not guarantee fixed monthly income, assured returns, employment benefits, investment returns, or permanent financial earnings.

The Applicant agrees that eligibility for Clock Business Participant Incentive Income shall depend upon successful business development activities, including registration of new eligible business participants as prescribed under Company policy. Failure to fulfil business generation requirements may restrict eligibility to operational benefits only, as determined by the Company.

The Applicant shall install and operate the EMT Android LED Device strictly at the approved location and shall ensure uninterrupted operation for a minimum of 8–10 hours daily. The Applicant shall bear responsibility for electricity charges, internet connectivity, maintenance, physical protection, operational safety, and prevention of misuse, tampering, or unauthorized broadcasting.

All software, applications, content, advertisements, broadcasts, graphics, trademarks, logos, promotional material, digital assets, operational systems, and intellectual property displayed or operated through the EMT Android LED Device shall remain the exclusive property of the Company. The Applicant shall not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, record, retransmit, commercially exploit, or misuse any Company-owned content or technology without prior written consent.

All registration fees, processing charges, installation amounts, finance-related payments, and other charges paid to the Company shall be final, non-refundable, non-adjustable, and non-transferable under all circumstances. Such payments relate to digital onboarding, system allocation, operational setup, administrative processing, promotional activation, and business participation rights.

Where the Applicant obtains the EMT Android LED Device through a finance facility, the Applicant shall remain legally and financially liable for repayment obligations toward the financing institution. Any support, adjustment, reimbursement, or instalment assistance provided by the Company shall remain conditional, policy-based, revocable, and subject to business eligibility criteria. The Company shall have full authority to deduct finance instalments, operational dues, penalties, outstanding balances, taxes, or applicable charges from the Applicant's incentive income.

The Company strictly prohibits cash transactions. All payments must be made only through approved banking or electronic payment channels. The Company shall not be responsible for any cash payment made to unauthorized persons, agents, employees, or third parties.

The Applicant agrees to comply with all applicable laws, taxation rules, IT regulations, advertising standards, cyber laws, telecom regulations, anti-fraud provisions, and Company operational policies. The Applicant shall be solely responsible for his/her individual tax liabilities, statutory compliances, declarations, and legal obligations arising from incentive income or business participation.

The Applicant shall not:
  • Misrepresent Company policies or income structures
  • Make false promises or unauthorized commitments
  • Conduct illegal, misleading, defamatory, political, adult, gambling, prohibited, or anti-national activities through the system
  • Use the Company name or project for unlawful financial solicitation
  • Manipulate registrations, incentives, referrals, or payment systems
  • Engage in fraud, cyber misuse, impersonation, or money laundering activities
Violation may result in immediate termination, forfeiture of benefits, legal recovery proceedings, civil claims, and criminal action under applicable Indian laws.

The Applicant acknowledges that online submission, digital acceptance, OTP verification, electronic signature, click-wrap acceptance, and electronic records shall constitute valid and legally enforceable consent under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and other applicable Indian laws. The Applicant waives any future objection regarding electronic execution, digital records, or online acceptance of this Agreement.

The Company reserves absolute rights to suspend, reject, deactivate, terminate, or permanently block any registration, account, incentive eligibility, device activation, or business participation without prior notice in cases involving: policy violation, fraud or misrepresentation, non-performance, legal non-compliance, harmful activities against Company interests, reputational damage, unauthorized business conduct, or regulatory concerns. The Company's decision shall remain final and binding.

The Company shall not be liable for: business losses or indirect damages; income expectations or market fluctuations; internet or electricity failures; finance company disputes; banking/payment gateway delays; government restrictions; third-party service interruptions; technical downtime; or force majeure events beyond Company control. Total liability of the Company, if any, shall never exceed the actual registration amount received from the Applicant.

The Company reserves unrestricted rights to modify, revise, suspend, restructure, discontinue, or replace any business policy, project structure, operational condition, incentive model, marketing plan, payment system, or eligibility criteria at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable laws.

The Applicant authorizes the Company to collect, process, verify, store, and use personal data, KYC records, payment information, business activity records, communication details, and digital identifiers for operational, legal, compliance, verification, promotional, and security purposes.

This Agreement shall be governed exclusively by the laws of India. All disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising from this Agreement shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts located at Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.
